Hi everyone,

I'm Julian and have stumbled across this forum thanks to Google and my issue with my Pug 407. So pleased that this forum is here and it looks like it has a wealth of information available.

I'm now off to find a rabbit hole to see if I can find how to update my firmware......

I hope I don't get lost.

Hi Julian, welcome, on a positive note, Alice survived the "Rabbit hole" experience.
