Hello all,
Can anyone help me with the location of the crankshaft position sensor on the Peugeot 405 with XU5 engine?
I have a situation with engine cranking but no spark. I’ve checked the double relay and all seems fine, power seems to be getting to the ignition coil but haven’t checked the CAS as I’m struggling to find it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is it top rear left of the engine ? Or maybe under cam cover

On the rear top of the bellhousing I believe...
Unlikely to be the problem as in my experience they're very reliable. Never known one to fail - yet!
