The privilege of getting part numbers and related data lasts until the end of the calendar year following your donation.

So essentially, the earlier you join in the New Year, the longer you get Husky, hence "up to 2 years".

I've been thinking about the privileges of being a paying member. I've often thought we could do with a Members' Lounge where we could post stuff that isn't necessarily secret but you wouldn't want in open forum. A few people here know what I've been going through over the past few years and this would be the place to share it. A relaxed place with but a few rules (no p0rn, no dodgy download links, etc). I would have the name of the sub-forum undisplayed if you don't have the required level of membership. Maybe access to paying members and/or after a certain time or number of posts?

Anyone else think similarly?

And can I suggest moving this into the Off Topic Chat Lounge as it doesn't really belong here.

I think Mick was referring to my suggestion of a closed to members only area.

Yes, definitely. Had some fun "issues" myself that I've been working through! Sometimes it would be nice to say "I'm mad as a badger tied up in a sack" to someone ... or whatever, I'm sure you know what I mean.

Great to see you back posting again Mike. I tried to send you an email to see how you were but you've obviously moved on from that email provider as it bounced back.
