Of course. All DS5 Diesels have a DPF system and therefore have a DPF additive used with it. Being a 2017 model, your DS5 will almost certainly have in addition to the DPF system, an SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system to treat NOx. So you will have separately, and in addition to, an Adblue tank for this purpose.
The filler access for the Adblue will be under the boot floor on the rear left hand side if you have the Blue HDi engine, shown here:

@mkjohns2012: Unlikely in your case, as yours is a 2013 model, based on the vehicle in your profile. If this is the case it's too early to have a SCR system fitted, but your VIN will confirm.

You have a 2012 (Dec. 2012) build so too early for the SCR (Adblue) system to be fitted, so ignore the diagram above.
Back to the Additive for the Particle Filter, the tank is gravity filled and is located hidden under a heat shield next to the fuel tank. You will need Powerflex additive to fill the reservoir, and do not have a pouch-based system. Don't forget you will need Lexia / Diagbox or similar to reset the additive counter int he engine ECU after topping it up (minimum of 1 litre).

1) The additive tank has no physical measurement - the volume is estimated and a calculated value based on when the tank was filled and the amount injected over time. I suggest therefore you purchase 2 x 1 litre containers, put a minimum of 1 litre in, and then try the second. Some tanks are 3 litres and some are less - I can't advise as the tank volume isn't specified in parts.
2) Regarding the warning and distance remaining:
The engine ECU looks at your service / maintenance counter reading to see how many miles are remaining until your next scheduled service. It then calculates if the estimated additive remaining in the tank is enough until your next service. If there is not enough fluid until the next service, it will flag the warning up. So the distance will be less that what the mileage showing until your next service is.

Never seen any evidence to support point 2 - far as I know it just comes on at a preset volume. It invariably comes on after a fuel up, if 2 was the case then it should come on immediately the service indicator is reset. My Sister's car was (very...) overdue a service when the warning came up.
