Suitable H6W LED 'bulbs'?
Can anybody point me in the right direction for suitable H6W LED 'bulbs'? I have had to replace one of the sidelight bulbs, and the plastics have taken heat damage.

Ebay is cheaper but the above is more quality so will be a bit more than £3.99

I got some from ebay some time back, but I don't think they are properly right for my C5, as they are on when I lock the car, even though the stalk is in the 'Off' position.

When you say ON James, do you mean properly on or just slightly glowing?

Re: Suitable H6W LED 'bulbs'?
Be aware that some of those LEDs will flash or remain on and glow after the vehicle is locked. I would stick to the originals as I tried 2 types of these LEDs (reversing lights in the X7) and sidelights in a MK II C5. The reversing ones flashed occasionally and the fronts remained on for some time.
They may have improved them since, but given that they are relatively rarely used now I can't see them designing a new version at this stage - but you never know...

I'd stick with the original bulbs , ive seen some burn that bad they have messed the housing up they sit in , 9 yr ago i changed bulb types in my little xsara n1 .. the damage caused was messy I'd never use anything other than the correct type now
