DRLs and Fog lights have no power

Hi there, my 2011 C4GP VTR+ DRLs and front fog lights don't work. I've had a bit of a play about, put the multimeter over them with them engine running and there doesn't appear to be any voltage at the lamp holders. All the other lights on the car work fine. I have looked through the fuses part of the manual and can't seem to find what fuse does those particular lights. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
