C3 Picasso 2009 Error Codes

Assistance required analysing this load of codes please.
Car throws Anti-pollution on dash, cuts engine, takes MANY attempts to get going again.

Had codes printed out for my by local mechanic, was lead to believe by him it was EGR related, he ran a carbon clean and mapped out the EGR. Codes below are prior to EGR deleted.

Issue still persists.

BSI
A4BF brake lamp short to positive (yep the bulb has gone, will rectify that tomorrow)
F5FF unexpected re-initialisation
C98E Engine fuse box high beam headlamps open circuit (have I fitted wrong bulbs?)
C98F engine fuse box fault in front left front fog lamp open circuit (fogs functioning fine)
C990 engine wiring housing right front fog lamp fault open circuit (fogs functioning fine)
C997 engine fuse box fault in horn control circuit (horn is intermittent, sometimes squeaky and weak)

As you can tell I'm no mechanical electrician!
Most of these mean nothing to me as a non mechanic but I can't keep paying for work on the car that "might" fix an issue.
If anyone can help me understand I would be exceptionally grateful

I'm sorry, but regarding the EGR, we don't support problems arising from mapping it out or deleting it, as it's illegal to interfere / disable emissions equipment on public road-using vehicles. I suggest you get the EGR re-instated and then maybe post again regarding the codes afterwards, as this can have a knock-on effect to other systems.

Here are the main fault codes and their descriptors:

Fault Code:	P1471
Description of Fault:	Throttle housing electrovalve control (EGR)(Principal air meter): Throttle open. Open circuit for 200 ms (Air mixer open).
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Ignition on
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	Inhibiting of the diagnostics and air flow sensor plausibility Cut of all the actuators : EGR butterfly (turbo air cooler), EGR valve and bypass butterfly (inlet air heater) in all functioning modes
Symptoms:	Lack of power Jerking/stalling Smoke from the exhaust
Suspect Areas:	Air mixer Electrical harness Connector

Fault Code:	P0001
Description of Fault:	Fuel flow regulator signal: Temperature of the engine ECU too high. Temperature on ECU pin too high (Fuel flow regulator track). The fault appears at the end of 500 ms.
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Ignition on
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	Engine stopped Cutting of cruise control (Irreversible) Deactivation of the speed limiter Down-graded management of the fuel circuit Warning lamp MIL
Symptoms:	Lack of power Exhaust smoke Starting problem
Suspect Areas:	Electrical harness Connectors High pressure fuel pump (Flow rate regulator) Engine ECU

Fault Code:	P1462
Description of Fault:	Electric EGR valve position copy signal : Difference between the stops programmed at short term. Drift of more than 8% of the position of the EGR valve at the lower stop in relation to that learned during the programming at the very first powerlatch (between the key switch-off and the switching of the ECU to dormant mode). The fault is triggered when: The engine coolant temperature is be between 10°C and 100°C The battery voltage has to be between 10 and 15 volts
Conditions for Fault to clear:	5 starts with driving
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	-
Symptoms:	Jerking/stalling Smoke from the exhaust Lack of power Starting problem
Suspect Areas:	Electrical harness Connector Exhaust gas recycling valve Engine ECU ( software)

Power Steering

Fault Code:	U1108
Description of Fault:	No communication between the Electric power steering ECU and the engine management ECU. The internal combustion engine status information dataframe is absent.
Conditions for Fault to clear:	-
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	If the vehicle speed is not received, the assistance does not start The power-assistance starts, for a vehicle speed higher than the refuge vehicle speed The power-assistance will be stopped after the ignition plus has been switched off
Symptoms:	No steering assistance
Suspect Areas:	CAN network Engine ECU

Fault Code:	U1308
Description of Fault:	Engine status information fault. Fault in the engine ECU status data. Engine status information absent. The time of appearance of the fault code is 2s.
Conditions for Fault to clear:	10 valid engine status reports
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	If the vehicle speed is not received, the assistance does not start The power-assistance starts, for a vehicle speed higher than the refuge vehicle speed The power-assistance will be stopped after the ignition plus has been switched off
Symptoms:	No power steering when the vehicle speed is below 8 km/h
Suspect Areas:	CAN network Engine ECU

Fault Code:	P0562
Description of Fault:	ECU supply low voltage fault. ECU under-voltage. Fault is triggered if supply voltage is lower than 8,85 ± 0,15V, then supply voltage lower than 7,5 ± 0,15V.
Conditions for Fault to clear:	After switching the ignition off and then back on.
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	Deactivation of all the functions. Warning lamp ABS Warning lamp ESP Battery light
Symptoms: Lighting of the warning lamps for ABS and ESP and battery with error message.
Suspect Areas:	Battery Battery terminals Battery cable Charging circuit Power consuming equipment Connectors ESP ECU

I'm surprised the garage even offered to do this, they should know better and it will increase your NOx emissions.
