The horn on my2010 Citroen Relay is working intermittently,
I think it is located somewhere under or near the crankshaft pulley.
How do I gain access to it?

Thank you for the information.
It still looks impossible to access.
I'm guessing it will be a hoist job and the sump shield removed.
I will have a word with my friendly mechanic.
