My Citroen C4 Picasso just develops faults while running and the engine cuts out. It displays ESR fault or brake fault and then gear fault.
It starts again after cranking multiple times.
What am I to do?

For a start, you should get it diagnosed properly, then post up the fault codes with your VIN.
