2015 Expert 2.0 HDi Poor running/acceleration P0017

Hi folks. I'm still trying to find an answer to poor running and acceleration. It's going in on wed this week for a full Inspection to check for Back Pressure and Vac/Boost leaks, but curiously it struggled to start recently.

Still no engine light on.

I'm using my cheap plug in ELM 327 with FAP app. The App is for Peugeot Citroen specifically. Last week i got my first error code of P0017 (Crankshaft/Cam sensor?) I had it connected when i tried to start. It was slow and laboured but fired within a few seconds, then the P0017 code.

Van has 177k on it with thousands in new parts, including EGR and Turbo.

Struggling to find part numbers of sensor location. Any help appreciated.

Well i managed to find the sensor, but now need to work out what kind it is so I can test it with a multimeter. For reference it's one of these.
