Citroën dispatch/jumpy gear selector problems

Hi!
I have just bought a citroen dispatch 120hdi 6-speed or jumpy as the model is called here in sweden.

Im having problem selecting the gears, especially reverse. It seems like something in the selector mechanism is missing or broken.



Have anyone had the same issue?
Or does anybody have a diagram of the components?

Most likley the selector mechanism itself but i would strip it down a bit further to check the cables are securely attached.
