Hello from Massachusetts

I am John Robison, registered here in the name of our shop, J E Robison Service. We are in Springfield, MA, USA and work primarily as a restorer of classic cars.

We work on Maserati from the late 50s onward, extending forward into the Citroen-era cars. We deal with Citroen hydraulics in Ghibli and newer models. We also work on a lot of Rolls-Royce and Bentley from the 60s-90s, all of which use Citroen-derived hydraulics. Every now and then we see a Citroen, often 2CV models but at this moment we have a Xantia in the shop with hydraulic troubles.

We have a lot of experience with hydraulic suspensions in those cars, in some Ferrari, and occasionally in Citroen cars.

Every now and then we also see Peugeot cars. Right now we have a 1966 404 convertible in need of an engine overhaul.

I look forward to participating with the French car community here.

I'm intrigued about the Xantia you've got in the shop. How did it get to Massachusetts? Can you register one in the US? (apart from Florida and Montana(?) )
