C5 2.0i 16V petrol (engine query)

Hi All

I’ve just had the head reconditioned on my 2009 x7 2.0i 16V.

Everything put back together, no parts left over!

But: what fits in the picture (just above the thermostat housing) where there is something missing? Blanking plate? A coolant hose to somewhere? Any help appreciated!

Don't worry about it, it's likely for other equipment like the water re-heater for additional heating or something that you don't have.
