Citroen Dispatch Rear Door Issue

"Hi, Can anyone help?

We have an issue with the central locking of the rear door. All other doors lock ok, but when you try the rear door with the handle, it opens and then unlocks all the other doors.

If I lock the rear door with the key, this then locks all the doors on the van, and will unlock all with the central locking fob when pressed.

But will not lock the rear door with central locking.

I have replaced the rear locking mechanism unit complete, and no difference.

What is the VIN of this vehicle. There are different locking options that can be configured for commercial vehicles and these can be configured with a dealer level diagnostic kit. Some may be able to have options changed from a configuration menu, but I may have a better idea once I have the info I asked for.

My first thought would be broken wire(s) in the part that flexes all the time where the wires go between the body & the door.

I have the same issue so following
