How do I reset RT6 back to factory?
Have tried holding the eject button but nothing happens?

You need to hold the CD button in until it reinitialises / reboots (with the engine running in case the vehicle has gone into energy saving mode).

This won't help if you are getting faults though - especially if the internal MicroSD card is starting to fail.

This just restarts the unit, it doesn't do a hard reset.

There isn't any other reset that I'm aware of and nothing in the RT6 manual unlike some of the other head units that do have a system reset option in the system settings.
