So my SD card on my RT6 is playing up
Assuming I get to it tomorrow. My plan is to
Copy the contents to my Chromebook
Re+Format the SD card
Copy contents back
Plug back in
Is that the best plan?
How do I restore my SD card in my RT6?
If it mini SD or micro SD?

Re: How do I restore my SD card in my RT6?
When I played with the uSD card in my SMEG+ system (also manufactured by Magnetti Marelli) on the 308 I used MiniTool Partition Wizard to copy the entire contents to another memory card (actually a USB stick) because only one of the partitions is readable by Windows. Whether a Chromebook can do this I do not know but in any case it would be a better idea to buy a brand new good quality uSD card and just keep your old one as a spare.
It's not a bad idea to use a larger capacity card as the map updates take up a lot of space nowadays. Doubling the size is optimal but don't go larger than 32GB.

Micro SD, which is shortened to uSD if you can't find the µ symbol to write µSD.

.... which brings up absolutely nothing on Amazon for example except 3 planning and parenting books, which is not very useful when searching for one to purchase to be honest.
Keep it simple, just search for MicroSD card and you will be fine.

You wouldn't expect it to if you're searching to buy but in typed conversations it's quite common. As per in my post 4 above.
