Can anyone tell me how i can find out what aircon refrigerant i have in my 2010 petrol C3 Picasso R134a or R1234YF.

It should tell you via a label in the engine bay, possibly on or near the bonnet latching point or in the compressor.
Failing that, pop your VIN up and I’ll be able to advise.
