Citroen C3 Picasso headlight removal

I've bought a Citroen C3 Picasso 1.6HDI 92cv and I've recently discovered that the left headlight was replaced by a english one, so I need to replace this headlight for the ref. 6208N5. Can some please help with the instruction to replace the headlight?

You'll need to disconnect the battery then remove the front bumper to provide access to the securing bolts. There are 2 bolts at the top of the headlamp, but the third one is underneath the headlamp outer edge and is obscured by the bumper.

The you can move the headlamp forward slightly to allow access to the electrical connector to disconnect it. There is a clip underneath the connector that has to be released before this can be done.

Then you can replace with the new headlamp and proceed in reverse, but bear in mind it will need proper adjustment using a beam setter tool at a garage with such equipment.

Thank you for your answer Marc. Do you know if this headlamp as some kind of internal adjustment to adapt the light beam whether you are on europe or on UK?

No they don't I'm afraid - it will be a matter of having to get some masks for the headlamps if coming over to the UK temporarily. The only adjustment is for the headlamp beam adjustment, but it will not suffice for this purpose and that is why there are both left and right hand drive headlamp units depending on country.
