Okay, to make the story short. This black marked part broke on my car and it's now just a hole.
Can someone help me identify the part, is it even possible to replace it somehow?
I was having a standard problem where cold air is blowing from the left side
Should I look to replace the whole heater housing or not?
I would appreciate any kind of help very much.

Difficult to know exactly what the part is - however, I suspect that it's not replaceable without at least splitting the heater box, so I would think a complete unit from a scrapyard would be the way to go. Not going to be a 5 minute job to fit it....!

Re: C4 Picasso Heating System Housing problem
Have a look here, they do replacement kits for the C4 Picasso, maybe the part you need is in this kit: I've circled in red the part I think is in your picture (with the black plastic), which appears to be this part.
