Ds5 hybrid 4x4 163HP rear shock absorber

Please there is anyone how know how to change the rear shock absorber on ds5 hybrid 4x4 163HP. I been yesterday at garage and I look down the ramp. The bottom of shock absorber goes up deep into the chassis. My mechanic refused to do the job he said is to long and complicate need to open all that suspension with cornering and all the stuff for to have access to open the nut deep inside. There anybody how have ideea about?! Many thanks! Appreciate in advance any advice.

Unfortunately it does look like the whole rear subframe needs to be dropped to get access to the top mount.
