Hi, and :welc: to the forum.

I don't know if this will help, but on my first C5 one of the windows would not respond to the main controller (driver door) although it would respond to the 'local' switch. I carefully opened up the driver door module, and found a few dirty contacts. After I cleaned them (using a proper contact cleaner) all of the windows responded to the driver door module. I know of another Forum member who also had an issue (again, driver module not controlling a window), and cleaning the driver door module contacts got that resolved. I know you are talking about a Relay, but if you can open the module to clean the contacts it cannot hurt to try.

Not entirely relevant but I interchanged the standard twin switch window module for the one with Electric Mirrors as well and I stripped and cleaned the s/h module before I installed it for just that reason. Luckily, all the wiring for electric mirrors was already in place and the swop was quite easy. Poor internal connections are not uncommon.
