Browsing for DS parts?

Unread post by NotAnInterestingName »

Is there a way of browsing for parts for a (non-Citroen badged) DS? I find Catcar.info incredibly useful when looking for parts for my Berlingo. It lets me browse for the Citroen-badged DS5, but various changes were made between this and the updated DS-badged one. It doesn't recognise the VIN of my DS.

If not possible, could anyone confirm whether the brake pedal on a DS DS5 is part code 4501AL (manual) and 4501AN (automatic)? These were their codes on the Citroen DS5, as well as various other cars using the same platform, including at least the Berlingo. This is for the non-sporty version that has plain black rubber pedals, not the version with aluminium ones.

Thanks.

Ok, so you need to look at this thread - especially the first post that explains the procedure:

Although we don't currently offer official parts info for DS Automobiles, you DS5 is currently within the Citroen parts access, so we will be able to provide official live parts info an an as-needed basis. Details are in the first post in the link.

Thanks, I'll request there if I can't make sense of it from a physical look later.

A shame they closed everything off, I used to be able to browse Citroen directly but they removed that access. To be fair, most other manufacturers never allowed this sort of access either.

No problem, but as a starter, the answer to your question is 'yes'.
