Diagbox

Post by Pug3008 »

How do I tell my Peugeot 3008hdi that a new dpf has been fitted. I have diagbox v7. 57.i have cleared all the faults but it keeps coming up dpf worn. If I look in the parameter it says that a new one was fitted 88,000kms and has o kms left and is the only thing left that I can see to reset. Thanks

Assuming you have actually replaced the filter or taken it out and cleaned it, you will need to go into replacement parts and look for the section concerning replacement of the particle filter (FAP), select the relevant operation and follow the instructions.

If you have not cleaned or replaced the DPF, then you will still have issues if the filter is blocked.

Thanks Marc, dpf has been replaced but. I cannot find anywhere on diagbox to tell the car that and am wondering if it is the parameters that are saying it has 0 km left that is throwing up the fault

It should be under Engine ECU, then repair, and then replacement parts; or it might be 'Pack Reparation'.

It should of picked up the correct engine ECU when you connected initially and set the vehicle from there.
