Throttlebody replaced C4 - Low idle.

Post by citc4 »

Hello folks,

I have just replaced my throttlebody on my 2005 Citroen C4 1.6 Hatchback.

due to that the old one gave me a Throttlebody position sensor code - SERVICE

Now that i have replaced the throttlebody, it idles low, and even when i fully depress the gas pedal the RPM wont go up.

Hope someone has a tip.

Help is much appreciated!

There might be a learning procedure needing to be done with Lexia/ other diagnostic tool.
I have various repair handbooks and wiring diagrams for C5 mk1, Xantia, XM, Berlingo and C3 mk1.
I have Lexia/Diagbox (Sweden) and Servicebox/sedre

Okay, thank you. So sometimes you would really have to do it with a Lexia scan tool to make it work?
