Fault washer pump?

Fault washer pump?

Hi
So my washers no longer function - There is no sound from the relay? When they would normally activate. Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on where i start with this

Check the fuse (F20) in the Engine Fuse box. If this is OK, then the pump may have failed and needs replacing. The same pump operates front and rear washers.
