C5. 2007 2.2 diesel clutch

Hi I have a 2,2 diesel engine with a clutch problem it's very noisy.i have priced a new one and if the flywheel is also gone it's very expensive to do even if I do it myself its time to decide what to do may be scrap it .

The mot was February and the wishbones had to be replaced,I have replaced all the brake pads and discs .it's a nice car but I'm getting fed up with the ongoing problems.

The advantage about doing the complete clutch assembly is that you shouldn't have to worry about it for another decade or more.

The car will be 15 years plus now, so it's going to need things doing, and the clutch / flywheel are wear and tear items and a big expense, so depends on what else is likely to need doing. Some suspension struts are no longer available now, so watch for that. If you haven't had the clutch / flywheel done yet, maybe time to have a think.....
