ZPJ4 valve guides.
I,m in the process of rebuilding my ZPJ4 24vl engine & have quite a bit of wear on the valve guides...can anyone give me a part number for genuine or a replacement guide that fits the 24vl cylinder heads...no luck on the old e-bay.

Re: ZPJ4 valve guides.
I suspect that those parts are for the (completely different) ES9 engine fitted to the 605 and XM from 1997.Gibbo2286 wrote: ↑28 Mar 2022, 17:11 Not sure if this helps. https://allparts.me/en/peugeot/605%20%2 ... 461/10477

Re: ZPJ4 valve guides.
I know my stems are 7mm so there may not be much difference in the guides...I can modify if need be...was the 605 fitted with the ES9...I know the Renault was.

Re: ZPJ4 valve guides.
For future reference the ZPJ engines have a 7mm valve stem & the ES9 has a 6mm valve stem.
