Auto lights always on

Does anyone have a diagram of the windshield front sensor array?

Also, my automatic lights on my GP Exclusive, are always on. even when I drive in direct sun. I heard that the lights sensor is seldom the problem. What can cause this?

Has it always been like this since you had the car or has it ever worked as it should?
Has the windscreen ever been replaced?
Yes the light sensors themselves seem to be pretty reliable but is it clipped in properly where it should be?
