My 407 came with the driver's side view rear mirror with a nice painted cover and one ugly unpainted (black) passenger rear side view mirror cover (I assume due to an unfortunate accident).
Googling I saw some Chinese chrome mirror covers that would fix the unpainted and hopefully make the car look smarter and cost around AUD$20 delivered (less than a paint job)
On delivery, they look smart, come with double sided tape to stick on (suspect I will need to use silicon later once they start getting a bit loose) but it seems they ran out of plastic and so part of the mirror cover is still visible - seem they are all made like this
