The only way to close my bonnet on the 407 Hdi is to let it drop from around a foot and even then it sits very tight on the front bar panel.
I've screwed the rubber spacers on each side all the way down.
I've undone the nuts holding the catch mechanism to see if it can be adjusted but no joy, and its seems my next best option is to take the front bumper off and redrill the holes.
Any tips / ideas ?

I assume the lack of response (lots of views 
) suggests its not adjustable (except maybe with a sledge hammer)
