Failed login for users with spaces in username

If a forum user makes too many failed login attempts they will be presented with some Captcha puzzles to solve to prove that they are not a robot.

We have recently seen a case where the Captcha puzzles were impossible to solve, apparently because the user had a username that contained letter groups with spaces between them.

If you find yourself in a similar situation, please contact the admins via email admins @ frenchcarforum.co.uk (without the spaces) and we will adjust your username until the issue can be fixed properly.
