I'm facing a dielema this spring as my gearbox has developed issues changing into and out of 3rdgear.
My mechanic friend advises me that it's probably the best/easiest option to replace the gearbox. Is this do able on the drive(this summer) or is it best just to scrap my car, as obviously the cost to have this done in a garage would be un economical..
I would really value some advice in the matte.
