C8 drivers door hinge hanging off...

This is the second known fault on my recently acquired C8. Drivers side top door hinge hanging off door by a thread! I have encountered this on every BX and Xantia I have owned, so am happy aligning/re-inforcing and welding together, but would like some pointers on how to remove the interior door trim panel before I inadvertently break off any hidden plastic clips!
