Water leak
I have got a Citroen C4 2004 model hatchback it leaks water when l start or open the place where l put water for the radiator. Beside that it runs fine .this is my 1st car so don't really know anything about cars. I have. Attached a picture the hole on top that's where the water leaks from.

Welcome along! I have moved this into the Citroen forum.
What engine do you have in your car?
That looks like it has been leaking a while, could be lots of things, you would really need to get under it with the engine running to see where from, but It looks like you are saying it comes out of the radiator filler cap, in which case I would suspect a head gasket leak. Is it a 1.4 by any chance?

Looks like head gasket,can a bubble test be done on these engines ?
