C4 2005 1.6hdi Engine ,Antipolution, stop beep Help

Hello again ,
My 2005 C4 has thrown a spanner at me again. Its done 380.000km full sevice history
I was driving at 70kph, tractor ahead of me so I slow and the road ahead it clear with a slight incline , I dropped it down a gear or 2 start to accelerate to pass the tractor and then BAM !. Engine light on warning beep Antipolution warning on the LCD and oil pressure warning flashing up and a stop light and the engine cuts out at this point the Tractor passes me .
Start the engine again and Anti polution warning on and engine management too . The car runs ok but it wont go pass 3k revs without cutting out the engine but only up hill . On the flat its ok if i go steady through the gears not an issue.
Ran through code reader no anti pol codes
code for diesel pump . Reset all codes and all good .
code for my cruise control that has never worked
Checked the oil level
Cleaned the DPF
Any help welcome please.

We'll need fault codes - bear in mind generic fault code readers likely can't read constructor codes - only generic codes, so you could be missing some. If the engine has gone into backup mode (reduced power mode) it will be an engine fault and a code should be logged. Many backup modes will disable cruise control as a safety measure, so this again suggests there is a fault there that is preventing this from working.

9C92 cruise controller ( this has never worked or been the issue for me )
P0606 Ecu

I'm not getting anything for P0606.

9C92 has no descriptors other than Cruise control and speed limiter switch fault: Coherence.
