Hello all!
I have a problem with my 206. Sometimes it pops up the engine light and I can read out p0420. I recently changed the back O2 sensor due to wiring issue. But still get the light from time to time.
No problem with the car orherwise. Just a burnt smell from the exhaust. With the autocom i see the parameters from when the problem occured.
The long term fuel trim says -4.7 and short term fuel trim 9.4, it has correct coolant temp and MAP sensor shows 58Kpa at 110km/h. I dont really know how to read the values but I am trying to rule out the cat.. anyone with more knowledge about the values?

That fault is a cat fault if the cat is clogged then faults values will be off

Does this model have a downstream oxygen sensor? If so just look at the live data from both sensors at the same time when the engine is fully warmed up, the upstream should constantly fluctuate between 100 - 800 mV
The down stream value is not that important as long as it stays fairly still, if the downstream is copying the upstream the cat is not working.
