C4 Picasso grand tour exclusive 2011 cabin fan constan speed all the times

Hi i have this C4 Picasso grand tour exclusive hdi 150 hk 2011 which has recently started having issues, with cabin fan heater. It runs all the time at max, no matter what you do, it's not possible to control it. It continues to run after the car is stopped and locked, for about 1:30 - 2 min. This also happens if you open a door, no matter which one, then it starts and runs about 1:30 - 2 min. also without you necessarily starting the car and if you do start and drive the cabin fan continues to run at max.
The car has vin code: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
I have read the threads about the problem, but can't find the part you mentions as most likely "Blower Motor Control Module" so i'm stock
