Hi just installed the lexia software I found on here for my Citroen C4 Picasso.When I plug my actia in the light flashes 3 times then stays on.but my laptop says connected usb device not working.Any ideas

Where did the Actia interface come from? How old is it?

What version of Lexia software is it? Is it, in fact, Diagbox? If so, what version?
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.
