Blaupunkt ph1/c connection diagram?

I'm trying to fit rear speakers in my Xantia 1.9TD, when looking at the radio connections i've no idea which wires i need, i have the wiring diagram but this doesn't help. Does anyone have a colour coded diagram?

Speaker wires on radio connector should be this ISO standard :
4 speakers :
white+ & white/black- to front left speaker
green+ & green/black- to rear left speaker
gray+ & gray/gray/black- to front right speaker
violet+ & violet/black- to rear right speaker
