in my citroen c4 year 2006, the windshield wipers are activated while walking and stop me after a while or when I open the car with the dashboard they start activating and do not stop even though the car is turn off

Firstly does the car have a non original radio fitted?
Have you tried a BSI reset by disconnecting & reconnecting the battery following the correct procedure?
If that fails i would next check the under bonnet fusebox for signs of water ingress.

Im not sure what you mean by they are activated when walking?
