Cabin heater

Hello everyone
I recently bought an engine heater along with a cabin heater. I did install the engine heater successfully but I couldn't a way to pull the cable through between the engine bay and the cabin.
I found a hole under the break pedal but didn't know how to open it.
I need help

I thought you guys had additional heating fitted to most cars at factory for Sweden anyway?

I think you may be talking about the hole for the steering rack connection to the steering column. Not a good idea there. The only other places are the access ports through the engine firewall / bulkhead where most of the wiring looms come through to the cabin.

Does look like a clutch-pedal port. Have a look at what's the other side (in the engine bay).
If it looks promising, try carefully pushing a thin knitting needle or slim screwdriver through, and see whether it's a viable route.
Most modern cars (but not all) have a double-skinned firewall between cabin and engine bay, so expect a bit of resistance or angling involved.
