cant release transmission on citroen c5 aircross 2021

Cant release transmission on citroen C5 2021.
Can turn on the engine of my car because it's a diesel engine and the tank is filled with gas.

Its the automatic version with a button for engine start.

The thing is that...i can't disconnect the transmissión. I have tried everything and i cannot switch from parking to neutral. Have been lookong on the handbook and it doesn't mention how to do it.

I called a call trailer to move it but we weren't able to because we couldn't disconnect the transmissión.

Anyone know how to do it?

If you press the start button without pressing the brake, it will turn the ignition on but not start the engine. I would expect then you should then be able to press the brake and take it out of park. Depending on the engine it may have a lift pump which will run at switch on, but one or two times should be ok since it's going to have to be drained anyway.
