Cooling fan issue Ds3 1.6 blue hdi

Hello my cooling fan is not coming in and it goes into limp mode saying engine repair needed I have got it diagnosed and the codes that come up are P0490 and P0495 and it says there is no command to cooling fan assembly can someone help please on what this issue might be
