unknown blue plug

hi got a unknown blue plug back of radio and doesnt fit radio photos attached any ideas

It is likely to be pre-wiring for optional equipment. You will find this on some earlier vehicles before they started cost cutting. An example can be the pre-wiring to add an optional CD changer.

So ignore it.
