hi Marty. just above the words "Citroen Relay 2012" in your request is a small box with words "search this topic". I put in "bleed abs brakes" and got 106 threads. It does sound like you could have some air in the system. I personally would bleed the entire system in the correct order - hopefully someone will come up with better information. cheers

Did you clamp off the brake flexy hoses before removing the callipers? If you did there should be no need to bleed the ABS unit.
Im pretty sure there are no bleed nipples on the ABS unit, when you bleed the ABS system with a diagnostic tool the program guides you through which order to open each calliper bleed nipple at & it purged the ABS pump as you do it.

Some where in my previous posts there's a link to a video of secondary bleeding for the ABS using a diagnostics tool, I'll try and find it.
