You need a diagnostic tool to reset the additive counter to zero after topping up the additive reservoir or replacing the pouch on those systems. If you do not, then the engine ECU does not know you have topped it up, as the additive tank is not physically measured, it is only estimated and you will get warnings at some point.

As for the windows, remote closing of the electric windows (and sunroof if fitted) was standard on all UK models - though I can't say if this was the same for all European Country models. It should operate when the vehicle is locked and the locking button is held down for a few seconds.

If this is not working, then you may need to do some investigative work if the option is active in your Country. From what I can see, there is no specific option for this feature mentioned in the BSI configuration, which is why I think it is standard everywhere.

What might be worth checking (with reference to the mirrors) is the switch mechanism (the large on on the driver door). I have had (on my first C5) a couple of the switches not working, and this was down to some dirt on the contacts on the circuit board. Cleaning the contacts resolved the problem. I know of other forum members who have had similar issues (for the same reason), and cleaning the boards has helped them.

Hi.
In Slovenia these option is not working. At least on models till 2011. I assume it's the same on Croatian market.
Driving Citroen is a diagnose!
