Select English from the top right corner first.
The select C4 SpaceTourer / C4 Picasso from the models, then select the first car Icon in the list and then select the model year date. Unfortunately you can only download some of the individual sections once you go to the relevant part from the index. On some of these, you can't download the whole thing in one PDF.
