C5 Tourer - 2014 model (X7)
The glovebox latch only works on one side so that when I pull it open, the left side pulls the housing out with it. When the handle is pulled, only one locator retracts.
How do I get the glovebox door off, and is there any details on repairing a broken latch

I have put a guide up for both the lid and glovebox already here in another thread:
