Xantia Cluster rpm issue

Xantia Cluster rpm issue

When i put the key in ignotion and turn the key and not start the engine , the rev jump to 2000 rpm , If i start the engine its showing 2000+1000 (real rpm)
What i can do to fix it ?😥 #-o
