Xantia xu10-jp4 no fuel injection - NO Start

hi there.
the car ECU is Bosch mp5.2 and the engine wont start.
i added a little petrol in intake valve and car start and worked for seconds then it turns off.
the fuel pump is working but no priming. its working when car is cranking & i checked the fuel regulator output (return line) and fuel was coming with air bubbles!! why it have air bubbles?
i checked injector connector and it have a grounded wire.
its look like that injectors are not injecting fuel
also every time that when i unplugged battery terminals and after minutes plugged them again. the engine worked for like 2-3 seconds and then again no fuel injection.
what is the problem?
